Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Zolgar platform, a software service for event organisers to manage ticketing, guest lists, lineups, crew and event finances. By creating an account or using Zolgar, you agree to these terms.

Who you are contracting with

"Zolgar", "we" and "us" mean Vinicius Pereira Silva, trading under the registered business name Zolgar, ABN 56 292 056 079. Correspondence: PO Box 224, Coolangatta QLD 4225, Australia, or support@zolgar.com.

We are not currently registered for GST, so no fee described below includes a GST component. Should that change, prices and invoices will state it explicitly.

The service

Zolgar is free for organisers who ticket with us: there is no subscription, no plan and no minimum term for access to the platform. Ticket and merchandise sales made through Zolgar are processed via Stripe, and a booking fee is applied once per order at checkout — paid by the buyer unless the organiser chooses to absorb it — in addition to Stripe's own processing fee.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Payments and payouts

• There are no subscription or access fees. Our fee is the booking fee charged at checkout, once per order.
• Ticket revenue is processed through Stripe Connect and paid out to the organiser's connected Stripe account, less applicable fees.
• Refunds for tickets are handled according to the organiser's own refund policy for their event.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zolgar to:

• Sell tickets to events that are fraudulent, illegal, or misrepresented.
• Violate any applicable law, including consumer or ticketing regulations.
• Interfere with the platform's security or availability.

Organiser responsibilities

Event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, compliance with local licensing and safety requirements, and for honouring the tickets and services they sell through the platform.

Availability

We aim to keep Zolgar available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

Termination

You may stop using Zolgar at any time; there is no subscription to cancel and no notice period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

Liability

Zolgar is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
