Zolgar ("Zolgar", "we", "us") provides a software platform for festival and event organisers to manage ticketing, guest lists, lineups, crew and event finances. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how it's handled, for event organisers using the platform and for their fans and staff.
The entity responsible for the personal information described here is Vinicius Pereira Silva, trading under the registered business name Zolgar, ABN 56 292 056 079, PO Box 224, Coolangatta QLD 4225, Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, and role, provided when you or your organisation signs up or is invited to a team.
- Event and transaction data: tickets, orders, guest lists, applications, and staffing records created while using the platform.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. Zolgar never stores full card numbers.
- Usage data: standard web and application logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use collected information to:
- Operate the ticketing, guest list, lineup, crew and finance features you use.
- Process ticket, merchandise and booking-fee payments via Stripe.
- Send transactional emails (order confirmations, account notices).
- Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and keep the platform secure.
- Respond to support requests.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that make Zolgar work, under their own privacy and security obligations:
- Stripe: payment processing and payouts to event organisers.
- Cloud infrastructure providers: hosting and database storage.
- Email delivery providers: sending transactional and account emails.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards as required to meet legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@zolgar.com. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, financial records).
Cookies
Zolgar uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
